I also agree that Rank restrictions should be enforced by the wardens before joining the behest.

As I said previously I think having wardens at the camps 24/7 would be a good idea, but what would make this even better is that each warden provides 2 behest options, for example:-

Black Brush:- Option 1, Rank 0-5, Option 2 Rank 5-10
Dry bone:- Option 1 Rank 10-15, Option 2 Rank 15-20
    Horizon:- Option 1 Rank 20-25, Option 2 Rank 25-30
Broken Water:- Option 1 Rank 30-35, Option 2 Rank 35-40
Multiple camps in Coerthus and Mor Dhona:- Option 1 Rank 40-45, Option 2 Rank 45-50.

Instead of having the event ever 30 minutes it is now started once 8 people have signed up, when you accept the request you automatically join a party and moved to your own party instance the instance circle moves with the battle warden and would span the whole of the mini-map, each player can only participate once every 30 mins.

It would provide a much needed sense of content.

Edit:- Before commencing the behest a pop window displays explaining that changing class during behest is prohibited and doing so will eject you from the instance.
why would you cut off the group before they even are allowed to get leves in that next area? if you cannot get r40 leves until you have a class at 33 why would you require r30 people to go there? that's not the most intelligent thing you can do is send someone to an area they have no business in to have to join a behest.

yes, i did also. otherwise i feel it is fine to limit the behests and all within a 3-5 level range of the leve range of that camp. the only reason i say 3-5 is alot of times people are in parties within the level range se wants which is 5 levels so you may be out of the leve camp range, but still within the range of the party you are in.

for example a level 35 that technically should be in a r40 camp may be in a party with a group with members that are level 30. i don't like the idea of forcing parties to split up every 30 minutes to force them into different camps for behest. we can't say the whole party should move because the rest of the party can't get leves at the higher camp yet. just an idea i wanted to throw out anyways.

I would say that is needed, a lot of people are complaining they can't get a party because people aren't moving from the camp and staying in parties ready to grab the next behest.

By forcing them to split up and move to new camps it would solve this issue a bit, also didn't yoshi-p say they are looking into an auto group systems for dungeons and behest ?

Would be cool if you could talk to the behest warden and instantly get assigned a group based on your level.
(because we would be getting 2 options at each camp thats 16 people per behest, SE could further add second behest instancing to this so there should never be an issue with too many people)

Restricting the levels IMO is a good thing as it will also make the behests more challenging, many times I have been in a behest with an odd high level players and they can almost 1 shot the mob making it a waste of time in terms of difficulty.

    Summary:-
    - 2 difficulty settings per camp based on players rank.
    - Auto grouping players when signing up for behest based on player rank.
    - Instancing players when they accept behest.
    - Restricting high/low rank players from joining the wrong behest.
    - Encourages players to move to new camps and explore.
    - Makes players/parties who camping behest wardens less of an issue.

oh i am not saying there shouldn't be a cutoff point at all. i deffinitely agree they should find a spot and say ok get this person to move on. i was just saying that if they are within party range of people for that area then they should be allowed to stay in the party. i feel if you are 5 ranks above or below you should be forced to move to your area you should be in.

the splitting of the behests into lower and higher groups does sound like a nice idea though.
