Digital River is providing FALSE information.

Yesterday it says I can't track it, but now I can track it perfectly on USPS.

Digital river sent me a email confirming that my CE had been shipped as of yesterday, however the Tracking number provided has been confirmed by UPS 48 hours later, that NO package has been entered into their system under the provided tracking number.

I had the same issue but what i did was go on there site and look up my order and then clicked on there track info and it was more up to date then the USPS one was. Seems to me the USPS is slower in there info. Mine has updated faster now that i track it form the the Digital web site. findmyorder.com

actually since the purchase originates from the official SE store, not a VENDOR website, that means DR is functioning as a SERVICER, which is completely different from a VENDOR.

I didn't use Digital River to track...

Digital River gave me the tracking number, then I just clicked the number that automatically shows up in my gmail account and instantly it takes me to the USPS page.

The tracking numbers didn't work until today, they were probably either

A) In a facility waiting to be sent out
B) Shipped in from JP, and now they're in the US and registering on the USPS site.

Either way.. it's all fine.
I recived my tracking number 2 days ago, and it didn't start registering travel until 3hrs ago.

S'ok, OP. Digital River can't tell the difference between the websites they manage and all of the cat videos they watch on YouTube while they're trying to help you. You'll get your package.

My question is this. Did you actually use UPS, ie is the "tracking" number actually UPS, as in start with something like 1Z. If it starts with 91, it's USPS and any person who uses USPS knows that it's not a real tracking number. Sure the USPS CAN track with it, IF the carries scan it everywhere, but they usually don't. USPS only guarantees delivery confirmation. They don't track.

OP - at least you have a tracking number and you received notification that it shipped or "will" ship. I purchased my CE for pc on the squeenix site the day they became available and have yet to receive a shipping notification, nor have they charged my account for the purchase. They authorized the payment when I preordered but it dropped off a few days later, as expected.

If I don't receive a shipment notification before monday I'm going to be screaming in someones ear at Digital River!
