Square Enix as the Vendor is not liable for what the Distributor, in this case Dgital River, does. No Vendor is ever liable for what the distributor does.Digital river sent me a email confirming that my CE had been shipped as of yesterday, however the Tracking number provided has been confirmed by UPS 48 hours later, that NO package has been entered into their system under the provided tracking number.
Square Enix: i understand that DR is a servicer for you, however you should not utilize a servicer that puts out erroneous and MISLEADING information. several legal issues arise from doing business like this, and you as the party who authorizes this servicer to do business on behalf of your company are ultimately responsible. this is the second time now that your company has utilized digital river for a final fantasy based release, and this is the second time that they have done this.
also, ALL of my friends who ive consulted with this issue have confirmed that their package tracking numbers are non-existent as well. you dont pay a professional company for a product, and then get provided with a FALSE tracking number. big no-no.
Really still with the caps and limits. GG.

Pretty much.
Not to mention you should chill out a bit. Chances are the game will reach you on time anyway.

actually since the purchase originates from the official SE store, not a VENDOR website, that means DR is functioning as a SERVICER, which is completely different from a VENDOR.
GG.
