It says in the e-mail that you cannot trace the package...Square Enix: i understand that DR is a servicer for you, however you should not utilize a servicer that puts out erroneous and MISLEADING information. several legal issues arise from doing business like this, and you as the party who authorizes this servicer to do business on behalf of your company are ultimately responsible. this is the second time now that your company has utilized digital river for a final fantasy based release, and this is the second time that they have done this.
also, ALL of my friends who ive consulted with this issue have confirmed that their package tracking numbers are non-existent as well. you dont pay a professional company for a product, and then get provided with a FALSE tracking number. big no-no.
