and New to any worlds

Well it's been decided, and you're never gonna believe me, but, you will now be able to change your character appearance at the start of Beta Phase 4. The character edit flag will be available then. You can play your character, how you want them to appear, from Beta Phase 4 and all the way through launch.

How's that for good news?

SE clarified that after some forums may have exploded in multiple languages. They said that more details were coming, but still no transfers for Legacy/v1 accounts. SE will make that decision based on the strength of new world economies, and it sounds like it will be a matter of months before it happens. (3 months? 6? 2? don't know).

At first I thought it said 2-3 months for v1 characters, and I was happy. I had already decided to play a new character with friends on a new world. Then I saw 2-3 weeks and I was very happy, even if I had to give up some gil, but honestly I was concerned because it seemed too quick.

Maybe the "further details coming" will include transferring "broke" or not every class max level v1 characters sooner? But I've already gotten over the heartbreak and accepted the ~6 months transfer thing.

It has irritated me to be honest...I think it is obvious that most want to mingle with the new crowd, but that won't happen for a long time.

lol yeah man sorry a bunch of my RL friends started playing on Gilgamesh, so I'll be going there when/if they let me for now I'll be jumping between 2 characters lol /sigh

Ok. Well here's my dumb question of the day. I've seemed to have missed the answer somewhere along the line, but:

At the start of Beta Phase 4, onward through Early Access and Launch, are Legacy Ver 1.0 characters already transferred to the servers that they selected during the Server Change Application period or no?

Do we have to wait until the 2 to 3 weeks -after- launch until we'll be transferred from [Old Server] to [New Server]?

Sorry if these questions have been answered somewhere. I feel like I might be overlooking that somewhere and am worrying for no reason or something.
