Cute intro, but a simple 1 minute difference in CS for us is it? Still pretty vague on this one. Don't have to tell us what happens, but can it be clarified if our perspective is different from a normal player?

Ever NPC beside a few remember us, Most NPC does not know what happen to the warrior of light. Sadly it seem like there not much different from a normal player and i understand why. It's hard for them to keep changing the storyline for years for two different set of players. Legacy/Normal

if you want to stay on your own server you do nothing at all like the merger before ?

not that i don't ask to stay were i was , and other ppl that ask to transfer to my server get in and im tossed in the pool to after it filled up pick a other server that sucks

Personally I think it would be nice a SE Community Rep to confirm this. A few people have asked, and I don't think it's a stupid question at all. Confirmation would make me feel better as well.

I think to be on the safe side it'd be wise to apply for the server you'd like to be on (even if it's the same as your 1.0 world). I think I remember a rep saying that those who didn't pick where they wanted to go would all end up in the same place - which could mean one of 2 things:

All people that don't pick a server will be put onto a server together

Or

All people that didn't pick will remain int he same place they were in 1.0

I agree Jilly, some dev clarification would be nice - personally I'm moving but I can really see how this would help out a lot of people that don't want to move.

I am hoping that since this is an thread where there have been Community Rep replies, that this question will be addressed and confirmed.

Hvinire, can you confirm for us that if you want to stay on your current server, that you should do nothing, and that your character will remain on that server no matter what? That ONLY people who want to move should visit the World Transfer Site and make their application?

For instance, my character is on Sargatanas. I want to stay on Sargatanas. I am doing nothing. I am NOT applying for any transfer or even visiting the transfer site. All of my friends and linkshells are doing the same thing (nothing). Is this correct - are we doing the right thing?

Guys please "like" post if you , too, would like to have this confirmed for peace of mind.

If the application says your selected server is Sargatanas, that is where you'll remain.

EDIT: Well I see what you mean, this is what I see upon logging in:

Before submitting your application, please review the details of the regional data centers and World transfers.

・Applications will be accepted until July 15, 2013 07:59 (PST)
・Applications may be submitted multiple times during this period.
・Players must select a World for each character they wish to transfer.
・Players will not be able to select Worlds that are already populated with the maximum number of characters, but players will be able to move from such Worlds to other Worlds.

I didn't hit the submit button. I don't really want to make it confusing by submitting a request to transfer when I don't want to transfer. Well it would still be nice to know...

It's going to work the same way they handled the 1.0 server merges: If you do not wish to move, don't do anything at all.

And I'm sure a dev response will confirm that, so we'll see.
