So, I sort of upgraded a bit ago from a Nvidia 240 to a 560 (because of the prior recommended specs being 5xx). Now it's a 660 specifically. Any benefit to upgrading? And would my system benefit or bottleneck a 660?

If you want you can upgrade to a 660 but you don't have too. I mean you could simple play the game without issue but if you want to play later on with DX11 you may need something stronger but who knows just wait and see.

Save money and wait too SE release the DX11 update if you can't play at the setting you want then upgrade your video card to something that could. By then you should have more then enough money to buy yourself a nice 700s video card

Now is a bad time to buy any 600 card if you're updgrading from a 500 series card or older, wait for the 760 variant for more performance for your dollar. Coming from the 560 to the 660 wouldn't be much difference, 15/20 FPS difference at most The cpu bottleneck will be minimal.

Right now I'm waiting for nVidia to make optimizations for their fermi and kepler card with ARR because as of now the game is not full utilizing all of the gpu, even in non cpu bottlenecking areas.
