As for the Agrias and Midgarsormr, chances are if anything 'destroyed' them it would be the rise of the Crystal Tower under the Silvertear Lake. It'll be interesting to see if SE leaves the tourist attraction in, maybe even have it's fate spared and the Crystal Tower rises from somewhere else.
