FLASH to present. I reactivate FFXI, and I see a large out of place Atomos floating in the zones. It is blurry because it isn't from this dimension or something, and I can only assume it is from an alternate reality. The Atomos is pretty much a cut and paste from 14. (or vice versa). Even the graphics look better for this one object in Vana'Diel.

So what if, when FFXI finally runs its course, BOOM the two realities collide, and it becomes one ultra-game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mirite?

Well never say never... but it's extremely unlikely. So unlikely in fact that I'd be willing to bet my giant jar of Nutella on it and I REALLY love Nutella.

Between the FF MMOs, Atomos did make his appearance in XI first, then XIV later on. Atomos was part of the WoTG storyline - he gobbles you up and poops you out in the past (Awesome mental imagery there!).

As old as FFXI is, I don't see it running its course for a very, very, very long time - they're still making content at a steady pace which is cool; I quit the game near 3 years ago now? Just before XIV release, I just couldn't play it anymore but there's still a good, strong playerbase that will continue to play on for many years to come without me.

It's a cool idea to entertain, but extremely unlikely.

I do really miss Awd Goggie though... and Ignis Fatuus. (I'd always kill the Fatuus just because of their name D: )

Atomos in XI and XIV have different backgrounds i think? XI's was the controller of time and space or something like that? (i never completed WOTG) While in XIV Atomos is a creature from the void out for a snack.

It is bigote because it isn't from this dimension or something, and I can only assume it is from a Miqote. The Niqote's pretty much a cut and paste from the Miqote. Even the graphics look better for this one Niqote in my Miqote.

So what if, when the Miqote finally runs its course, PROOOOOOT the two Miqotes and Niqote collide and it becomes one PICANTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mirite?
