As for Fleur's recommendation, I actually do have such a list... I just... with all the time I put into the "making Loremonger" part, sometimes the idea of putting time into "proofreading Loremonger" part just doesn't come up until way, way later.

I feel no shame in admitting this, and only a little shame when the Recent Changes log of GamerEscape has my name on 50 successive edits to the same page within 20 minutes of each other and each one is a single fixed typo that I couldn't have been bothered to preview even one time.

Dude, synchronicity follows me around like a bad smell. My wife has actually started screening the novels I read because in the week I read them, events from them occur either globally or locally. At work, I'll talk about subjects or people as they occur to me, which will then crop up later that day from completely separate sources. From my own perspective, there are a few occurrences like this every day; whereas it entertains my friends no end, for me at least, the novelty wore off about a decade ago.

So this, this is no surprise.

Your lore-mongering is impressive. I'm not sure I've seen the explanation as to why there are 5 Y'shtolas in this CS. If you could, please point me to discussion on this.

Some folk have suggested hardcore Echo manipulation as the explanation for that scene. I think that the reason is a little more mundane; the 75th level Conjurer spell "Mirror Image".

Y'shtola does a number of wacky things (slowing bullets, catching axes, globes of invulnerability), which I'm presuming are CNJ magicks we haven't had access to yet.

Another reason I think this is because we are the only person to have Echoed within an Echo, causing the starshower and probably creating the ability in the first place.
