Sad thing is, if the information from the Massively article is true then fish won't have any economic bearing and it won't matter if people botted or not.A bunch of my friends have been reassuring me, saying that no Japanese developer would ever put in a system like this, no game developer would put in a system like this due to how easy it would be to bot, that "actions" probably refers to gathering skills, that the combination of knowing what rod and what bait to use will be the complexity, but I'm still really worried. I'd love to have a dev response in here instead of having to wait till bloody april to get my answer.
I guess we'll just have to "Please look forward to it" and see how things pan out.
And for all the people who say how random fishing was in 1.0, I have a spreadsheet that says otherwise. (or you could just look on mooglebox)
