    Yoshida- What I would like to see right?

    First of all, we are planning a new race for an expansion pack. For the classes and jobs, we will introduce them through patches because all of the Legacy players have level 50 jobs anyway. When we introduce new classes and jobs we will probably increase the level cap at the same time.

    About what I want to introduce- it’s more like what I think I have to introduce. Something related to guns because the (musketeer) guild in the game. Something related to that I think I have to introduce.

    Also I do feel that scouting classes are lacking so I want to bring in Theif, Ninja and those that have to do with stealth. Also more casters like Blue Mage and Red Mage are something I would like to add.

    Whatever the players want, I want too.
    Surprised to see blue mage up there in Yoshida's mind.

    Interesting bit on part where they ran totorak. Having a job in party gives your party a stat buff. Interesting way of doing class-specific buffs without having the class actually casting it.

    PS: I'm surprised no one is raging over the change to chocobo porters

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.

    Well... if yoshida thought it was best for the game then there is no point in not trusting him. Plus the game is still in its early stages so if the testers eventually deem it a bad feature then it will get removed, if not it will stay...

    Which is true, but I got too used to "ZOMG THIS IS FROM ANOTHER GAME FF IS LOOZING ITZ IDENTITY!!1!!1!one!eleventy!" followed by a post by trollexia saying some drivel about standard features in MMOs being bad followed by that one guy that argues the modern MMO is the downfall of the MMORPG genre. Was starting to think it was just standard procedure around here.

    Fusionx, can you confirm that we will getting "targeting lines" from FF XII? because in one of video the lines are there when yoshi-p get aggro from mob. But there is no line when he attack his targeted monster. So my conclusion is, the target lines will appear when non-targeted mob has hate on you, CMIIW

It’s like an evolved version of FFXII’s target line.
