    might just want to make a gmail (FREE) account and change your game account email to the new one, then send SE a ticket about it so they can resend the Beta invite... it is funny how ISPs and similar companies go around blocking emails without even checking if they are truly spam or malicious in any way.

    Gmail is the only email I use specifically because of issues like this.

    how do you make a ticket? I tried live help today and they basically said cant do anything. dont know anything.

    Well I hope so, as many comcast users didn't receive the email. I'm not saying that absolutly no comcast user got it, because I'm sure some did, but clearly there are more people stating they did not, than they did. I'll be back on the phone with comcast support in a bit to see if there really is anything from that end. But I really think if it was just a spam issue, it would at least appear in the spam folder right?

    Login with your SE account
    click the FFXIV logo/link
    click the contact button at the top
    click the get support button
    fill the form, I think after that it will give you some alternate answers to your problem and a option to send a ticket

    the support team cant do anything about comcast blocking your emails, but they can possibly resend the Beta invite to a new email address (after you change your account email to a new one, like a gmail)

    Its possible some Comcast users got it before they globally blocked it. But it seems like the majority of Comcast users on here didn't get their email.

    I continued to hold for over a half hour and gave up after finding this. This is not for this specific thread, but it may help people who have legacy status and did not get their key due to the comcast issue.
