Others have confirmed that they do have Comcast and did receive an e-mail. So IDK what the deal is.

Love my gmail so I have no real idea... but I would assume the first barrage would get in and after X thousand emails they would be like wait a minute... and start blocking them as it would appear to be spam.
So it would make sense for some to get through.
Yeah, Gmail rocks!![]()

I am with comcast, and I get emails from SE. Someone at comcast don't know what they are talking about then.
I don't think comcast can legally block emails from going to your inbox. Maybe check your spam/junk mail folder.

They can actually, since it's "to protect the customers." Gmail and the like also block emails from reaching you (even very malicious spam ones) it all depends on who sends it. At best it will hit your spam folder since SE's address isn't a spam one, however there was an issue not too long ago where people got slammed by a ton of emails "from SE" trying to phish SE accounts for XI/XIV selling so some ISPs may have acted on complaints but it's unlikely they'd block SE outright.
Good chance OP simply didn't get in or it's coming in waves.
Comcast has in fact blocked Square Enix emails. (please see threads under General discussions). I called them myself and said they would temporarily lift any block from Square, but I do not have any new emails.
Square Enix needs to handle this issue and unblock their IP address so Comcast email users can receive their key/invites. There is a form they would need to fill out to remove the block. Comcast told me that the reason SE is blocked is due to the amount of email they have sent and the volume of comcast users that have flagged their own personal email as spam. Some may have gotten through, however, after thousands of attempts and now Comcast emails are blocked.
Can a community rep or someone that can resolve this please fix it?! You offer NO support via phone or live chat.
Also, Comcast says that once the email is flagged as spam in their system, the email is deleted and cannot be recovered. So, us Legacy with Comcast will not get the invite.
Any way you can update the key/invite on the actual Square Enix account system? Seems that would resolve it 100%. Either that or we call have to use an alternate email or wait for weeks for you to resolve the spam issue and be put on a "white list" which means no matter how many emails you send they will not be flagged as spam.

That blows...... I wonder if they can just resend via 2nd e-mail on SE account? They should be able to fix this since e-mails are linked to accounts, so its not like PPL would get a new beta code.Comcast has in fact blocked Square Enix emails. I have Comcast and even I know better than to use their email. Just saying.

I would think from the question that would be a given but some PPL jump the gun sometimes lol.
