24th makes sense because when they announced last day (final save day) it was announced as November 1 but in reality servers went offline at 5pm EST on October 31.

I kind of hope it does start Sunday on East Coast because I work Monday. Ppl are saying there will be limited hours anyway so I even wonder if those hours will fit into my schedule or will lean more towards JP timeframes. /shrug

It isn't said anywhere, but I don't believe that there will be server times beyond maintenance times. I could be wrong, but the amount of stuff to test and to get to lv.35 and test the content around it, it would be hard to do with a severe limited time. Again, only guessing.
