Will I get invited to beta?

If your Legacy, then you will get in regardless of what your application says. If your not then you may have shot yourself in the foot with that one =(.

Well, your getting a little too technical :P. If there are any cases like this, if SE found out and it wasn't allowed that person can be sued for spying and attempt in theft. ( Maybe lol) XD

I'd be willing to bet that very few people who are not legacy will get in to beta 1. There are just so many legacy player, I'm not sure it could support it. We're going to be restricted to the Black shroud again which means its very unlikely there will be more than one or two thousand people per server.

I'm sure you will be fine. Beta wont start until after the 22nd anyway so invites might not come until then. I'm sure SE is well aware that many who signed up really only want to start playing it early. (they would be naive not to know that). Who knows for the first phase who (besides legacy members) will get in. I'm not expecting an invite until phase 2 anyway.

They are going to start with a couple servers but yeah they definitely are going to have a nice server population - at least if all legacy players respond (as they should ). So I doubt there will be very many non-legacy players.

Looking at his Alonzo Vivas char history it seem he may not have legacy. Not sure if he keep on paying and not playing tho which in that case he have the invite. but seeing how he not reply to his own topic we may never know.

So I think I have Legacy, but when I saw the application for beta testers, I applied anyway since I didn't know legacy would get instant access.

Did you pay for at least 3 months while the service was requiring payment? Easy way to check if you have it is in your account info, it will show the logo in the options somewhere iirc.
