It's hard to say if we want to continue playing that we can't keep our characters. lol

Wipe characters every phase until 4.

It shows PHase 3 NDA is still up, that doesn't mean the "entire Phase 3 has NDA. Probably towards the end of Phase 3 they "MAY" take the NDA down.

You're not confusing close beta being related to NDA?

Developers release either a closed beta or an open beta; closed beta versions are released to a restricted group of individuals for a user test by invitation, while open beta testers are from a larger group, or anyone interested.

Any MMO Beta can choose to take their NDA down at any time ( usually at Open Beta and in some cases just before OB) Reality is it's their product and they can choose to lift it Early or wait till Open Beta. However, I am no Simpleton I know most cases it will be @ Open Beta. However, there is a small chance it can be lifted in Phase 3 at some point ( end if anything). I know 99.9999% it will NOT happen at Phase 1 or 2.

I think you are reading too much into it. PDF clearly shows NDA lifted at Phase 3, why make it complicated?

Just checked, they must have changed it.. I swore it said Phase 3 was under NDA still. Well, that just adds to the good news pile then =).
