I don't know, it's really nice and relaxing true, but it seems a little too laid-back for LL to me - personally I think Navigator's Glory was a much better fit in terms of suiting the area. LL is a bustling port-city that has a powerful navy, so a stirring military/naval march suited it to a tea. This track on the other hand, seems more like the theme of a down-at-heel village on the coast like Aleport and not the background leitmotif for the Thalassocracy itself.

I know I'll get used to it, but then, I admit I'm a Uematsu fan, and also as Navigator's Glory was one of my favourite pieces from the 1.0 OST (it was the piece which attracted me back to the game in the first place!), so my Uematsu-zealot ramblings are rather biased so my comments aren't really relevant.
