Also like we mentioned before if some topic being translated gets heated up in this thread please make a new thread and talk about it in there please. Thanks. (I like the reply count going up but doesn't help others looking forward to actual translations lol)

Anyways first translation for today regarding gathering nodes.

さらに取得制限についての進捗についてもお知らせします。
We have an update on gathering restrictions.

新生では同じ場所でずっと採集を行うことができなくなる代わりに、取得制限は撤廃される予定になっています。
In ARR you will not be able to gather from same spot continuously but at the same time we are planning to remove the gathering fatigue.

同じ場所ってのは同じエリアを指してるのか、同じ採掘ポイントをさしてるのかどっちだろ？
今だと何回か掘って移動だけど、新生では１回掘って移動１回掘って移動でポイント増やす感じなのかなー？
When you mean same spot, does this mean one gathering node or the same area? Right now we can dig few times and move, but in ARR does it mean just dig once then move while increasing the points?

同じ場所というのは、エリアではなく「1箇所の採集ポイント」のことです。
1ヶ所の採集が終わったら、そのポイントは消え次の採集ポイントがどこかにポップします。
この採集ポイントは自分にしか見えていないため、
「他人に取られて自分の画面に表示されている採集ポイントが消える」といった、
旧FFXIVにあったようなことは無くなり、自分のペースで採集が楽しめるようになります。
Same spot means one single spot, not the entire area.
Once you finish gathering from one node that node will disappear and another gathering node will popup somewhere else.
This gathering nodes can only be seen by you, therefore problems that existed in ver 1.x where others players are gathering on the spot you see will be gone and you will be able to enjoy gathering at your own pace.
