    will you can say FFXIV is being made for everyone in the market every playerbase to get as much people playing.

    Hardcore,casual,console,none mmo players,wow players and so on so your wrong it made for everyone even ffxi players they just don't want to switch then they can keep playing ffxi if that what they like.

    I for one quit ffxi for ffxiv and thank god i did 99 cap made that game shit lol,.

    Random but it kinda relates, someone else posted here recently saying 500k FFXI subs at peak, 200k maybe now. Would you not want to recoup the 300,000 people that played your last MMO? Even half of them..

    Would that not be the main target market for remaking or is it really going to be an mmo like WoW/Rift to try and hit a million subs?
