Exactly. I never recall them saying the mark is going to be on our bodies. And that is the only mark shared by NPC's who survived the calamity like us, hence my assumption..

Not sure what you mean by body? you mean cloth or our skin? if you mean it's not going to be on our skin then that wrong Yoshi-p said it going to be a tattoo we can turn off and on whenever we like.

いつのかは忘れましたが、プロデューサーレターにて『第七霊災を生き抜いた証が冒険者に刻まれる』との発言があったと記憶しています。Forgot when but I remember there was a statement in one of the producer letters stating that there will be something engraved onto the adventurers that shows they lived through the 7th Umbral Era.

当時の発表では実際に目に見える形で体に刻印されるのか、称号が付与されるのかは検討中だったはずですが、もうそろそろ仕様が確定していてもおかしくない時期ですね。
『暁の戦士』という称号は確かに雰囲気も良いし賛成ですが、開発側も考えているでしょうし今後の発表を待っても良いのではないかと思います。At that time they were looking into it being something that can be seen visibile or just a title but I think it should be around the timing this information is confirmed. I agree with the title but I think the development side is also thinking about this so I think it's good to wait for the announcement.

以前プロデューサーレターLIVEで、現在プレイしている方には、「今を生きて戦った証としてキャラクターの外見的な特徴がつくようになる」とお伝えしていますが、身体に何かしらの証が入る予定です。証がキャラクターに刻まれてしまうのは、ちょっと......という方もいらっしゃると思いますので、表示にON/OFFはつける予定です。In previous producer letter LIVE we mentioned to those currently playing we are planning to have some type of feature that shows that you lived and fought through. There may be those that don't want the mark to be shown on the character so we are planning to have an option to have display ON/OFF.

i remember reading it somewhere that yoshi-p said it it's going to be a mark what else would it be? you think it be easy to add a mark to every cloth in the game to make sure every Legacy can see it somewhere that pick on there cloth? I remember people asking for logo to be put on cloth for there free company and yoshi-p said they think about it that be a lot of data to store so they be only do it for a few item like shields.

What else could it be beside a simple tattoo they may have it on there cloth because they don't change gear and they have circle of knowing tattoo already on them. People really need to stop looking into it so much it simple fact that reason they have it on there cloth is due to there other tattoo they just can't put it somewhere else on there body so people can see it there cloth make the most sense and that only for the NPC that got saved. Us players could pick it on our skin anywhere that make the most sense and seeing how i know i read that somewhere i'm sure it be just that a tattoo on your body that you can pick.

I hope that they do release some clothes with those marks then...
