Beta Application Questions and Bug

The application site for Beta testing is now open. I have 1 major (to me at least) question. I plan to have ARR on both my PC and MY PS3 and would like to do Beta Testing on both. Will applying for 1 disqualify me from doing the other. Could I please have a clarification?

I was hoping that the Beta Test Details and Requirements would answer that question but when I pressed the button I was taken to the German version of the same page. Bug?

If you're a legacy player, you only need to apply for PS3.

I have a bug. I have a Square Enix Members code that came with FFXIII, but it doesn't fit the boxes in the application site D: it's in a abcdef-123-ghijkl-456 format. hmmmm..

That isn't a members code... all members codes are abcd-efgh-ijkl-mnop

It's on a flyer that came from the XIII's box, behind the manual. It says "SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS" and "Become an exclusive Square Enix® Member by registering your copy of FINAL FANTASY® XIII". I don't see much else

That shouldn't be possible since all member codes are on that format... And if you already applied for ps3 version back in 1.0 beta then you don't need to worry about the application... I personally am not applying since I already applied for ps3 at 1.0...
