Yoshi-P is very much deserving, he is exactly who SE has needed to helm a Final Fantasy for some time. That combined with the over-all shift in development back to making games from the heart. They end up better, every single time.

I'm glad Wada is watching him closely, and I hope he's taking notes. This is the kind of attitude, dedication, and openess is the kind of tone the company as a whole needs to adopt, and adopt quickily.
Wada is watching Yoshi-P closely on how a Real FF is made! Hopefully he will be the Source that will bring FF back into the light! ( FF games have been good, just not up to the Standard of 10-20 years ago.

I'm amazed at how many ppl, (Including myself) that are really still holding out for the PS3 version of the game! Everyday I realize that the PS3 potential customer base is getting larger everyday!
And FFXI proved that having an MMO on multiple platforms and letting them play on the same servers will increase the longevity of an MMO almost indefinatley!
Yoshi-P really have turned this game around!
I am so with you. I get tired of the others. I wish they would go back to WOW.This is all i found after reading so much trollin in this forums about the internetz dripping bad press towards FFXIV:ARR...lol ohh how wrong they are XD! bad comments towards the game only come from within this forum ..specifically the loud minority with FFXI rosey nostalgia goggles.
I am very optimistic with this game

Thanks for the info Arcturus... and its very exciting to see how much great anticipation is already building up for the game. The official screenshots and video says it all... FFXIV:ARR is sophisticated, gorgeous, elegant and a definite winner.
Most importantly, Sony are going to now have a wonderful excuse to really push the new PS3 (slimmer 2013 version). Do I sense an inevitable FFXIV:ARR PS3 bundle coming down the pipeline... in both white and black?

"After ten years, finally headed to Sharlayan... absolutely stoked"

The only problem I heard with them is that they have less memory (not so sure about) and that they cost more...Thanks for the info Arcturus... and its very exciting to see how much great anticipation is already building up for the game. I don't find the last comment amusing. It's the usual moron that thinks games should all be single players and MMOs are somewhat bad. I heard too many of those.
No, and no.
