yeah diablo 3, dying just pissed me off really badly. lol. still not sure how long it would take for an average person to die but i take it your still basically re rolling a toon over and over ..yeah you can pick different classes when you die but this is a total no thanks. i played ffxi for over 750+days of gameplay, i'm all about progression and losing it would just piss me off. it says eventually no matter what death will happen, i can't bare to repeat the basics again for a class i like, less i'm not seeing something from it.

dang 750days = 18000hours ...fuk i played way too much.

Fair enough. But I think what you're doing is picturing what your idea of an MMO would be with perma-death. Like thinking in your head "ffxi with perma-death? I can't do that" That's not accurate. It's a different game altogether in every way. Read on if you want to find out more. Good day all, I'm not interested in convincing anyone of anything. If the game rings with you great if not that's okay. Just don't judge until you see the full picture because it may end up being exactly the kind of experience you want.

I remember being against perma-death in games. Now I sometimes prefer it, if it makes sense for the kind of game. You might change your mind too.
