Opinions are always legitimate but can I ask why you don't want seasons?
Yeah I want to see more weathers, light pattering and darkening dirt to large incoming storms and glistening rocks from the rain. Seasons I thought would just direct the general patterns so during the season of Ramuh you may have a lot of thunderstorms while during Leviathan's time you might be walking clear sky and be hit by a small monsoon.

i think seasons would take a ton of development and as long as the seasons are represented as zones im ok with that(like snow zone)Opinions are always legitimate but can I ask why you don't want seasons?

Oh yeah, it really could. It depends on if they have shaders that can work on the terrain / non intractable objects and how they are coloring/modeling the flora. Lightning makes a huge "season" feeling. Obviously I have no idea what kind of options they have readily available (which would make a massive difference in develop time).
Still beyond some more weather features, I would love to see shaders for snow/rain on character and on objects being wet like darkening the ground when raining and shiny drippy rocks. Other minor things like changing the animation type on leaves to be droopy in heavy downwards rain and such.
I really want to know if they can add a rain mask so they can make standing under cover actually stop the rain though. That always got me a little more then it should lol. "RAIN GO AWAY, YOU AREN'T ALLOWED HERE".

watch them do something crazy like if you are battling in the rain a gauge starts to fill and when its full you cant see so you have to hit an action to wipe the water from your face, lol.

or get snowblind if you stay in the snow too long or get frostbite and lose a small % of hp til you defrost lol
that would make the game a challenge, can't stay out in the weather to long or something bad happens.

Hahaha,
Though I think you are onto something with weather you could actually build some boss battles around weather though.. Like fighting Leviathan perhaps it starts to rain really hard and the zone is filling up and you have to climb the tower as you fight him in the center (open topped tower filling with liquid), at the top its thunder storming and you can use nearby ballistics to nail lightning rods into him for extra damage..
With titan it you can really go with what you said where like even though he is so big its so sandy that he is kind of like an assassin hulk. Somehow you have to clear the air or else he will just cast spells that separate everyone and then pick them off one by one.
(You can do these a little without a weather system but they wouldn't look as good / seamless)
The longer Shiva's fight goes on the slower your spells cooldowns come back... :O ? lol
I dont think negative weather effects in the open world would be good though - specially because people who need to turn them off would be like.. I DONT SEE IT, ITS NOT HAPPENING lol
