It's simple. They want to be just as good as people who play more then them. They want basically to bring everyone down to their level of having everything obtainable in an hour.

It's just selfish opinions and communism.

No. You probably had no group because:
    1) no one has any idea what you're saying.
    2) you have no idea what you're talking about.

First, why is my name in all caps? Second, I know its not real life, it was an example, because I feel that that's how it should work.
More effort = higher payout in the end

Also, Its not like they have to limit everything, I didn't say that, just have select content aimed at the more hardcore players as well so they don't lose all the people who are more likely to stick with them for years and keep going back until the game dies of old age.

If casual players can ask for so much though, why can't the more hardcore players ask for a bit as well?
If you want equality, both parties need to be heard. Everyone has their requests, and to rob us of our challenge is no more right than us demanding the game be harder altogether, so why not keep the majority of the game accessible, and give the more hardcore players some content to keep them busy, and happy as well?
Its a fair trade if you really really think about it..

visch your just as much trying to have entitlement as those you are claiming. What you say is not true. No casual is asking for easy content. Just the ability to play all content. You can have accessable challenginhg content. it is really not that hard to develope.
in ffxi ppl rand end game Ls's and in reality Harcore are a minority. aka there are not a ton of them. When i looked to join a end game LS to do "harcore events" there was no room since they already had set groups. the 2 i did join after a few mnths in looking disbanded over loot drama.
I never got to do anything after that.

so asking for similar limited content like how ffxi is will only limit everyone. there will not be enough hardcore to group with.

and Mudd my cat made my caps stuck wasn't intended as anything

and guys it is a game. There is no need to have seperated content. This isn't the 1950s-870s :/

why can't you guys accept that this game is only meant for fun? Why do you guys take a game so seriously as to make false asumptions

By robbing the hardcore players of challenging content, you are limiting their ability to enjoy the game.

What percent of players fall under the heading hardcore? Is catering to that percent of the player population worth alienating the other percent of the population that isnt hardcore?

I have 8 crafts at 50. All I did was watch T.V. and spam standard for easy mode synths. Enjoy leveling those crafts in 1.19 and beyond everyone!

If hardcore players want tough content then instanced dungons with alternative hardmode versions should work out just fine.

not really since the more people who can do the content , the more groups there will be.
hardcore fall in a minority. I'm no casual btw. I just got skrwed out of content in ffxi since a small % of ppl had acess to it so finding event linkshells with room was always a pain.

honestly you guys really need to wake up from this false steryotypes that casuals mean easy content. you can have accessable contant that is challenging. You the only ones who think casual = easy. And they ruin your game play. Which is not even true and your just using a silly notion to have entitlement of seperate content.

Maybe 10 percent of players fall under hardcore. Whats wrong with giving that 10 percent a small percentage of the games content to have fun with?

Read what I wrote and you'll see that I'm not asking for the whole game to be hard. It's not right or fair for us to ask that of SE, BUT its also not right for casual players to ask for total control of the games direction and rob it of challenging and possibly time consuming content meant for the more hardcore players.
Let 90-95 percent of the game be a cake walk, but let that last (NON-mandatory, but rewarding) 5-10 percent beat us until out faces melt off in anger.
