    For classes you pretty much wouldnt do anything to the lore. However for (adv. jobs) BLM you'd have to build up a beginning lore and abilities/skills.

    It wouldn't be something you (dev team) could finish quickly. But it would allow jobs shine better/differently.

    I suggested this idea in another thread before - but also said it might be too late for such a change (not enough time).

    I dont see why you think there are lore breaks. Yes BLM relates to THM and it can continue to do so in lore, just like child relates to parent but doesnt have to be the same (real life).

    Rates of leveling would be determined on the system used not everything is plug and play - its a big change I know that.
