Why not abolish the Class system entirely in favor of Jobs? [@ Devs]

It can slide into the lore easily since you wouldnt be removing things.. just re-titling. Making new 1-35 for each job would take a lot of work though.

Only that people already played that lore. Re-titling would be an immense retcon, and several parts of the lore are based upon things that simply do not fit jobs.

There are whole areas of the ul-dah story that are based over thaumaturges and their temple. Those do not, in any way or form, fit black mages, that have nothing to do with religion, death or burial.
