Please answer me this Randis are you honestly completely ok with 3 minute repop and like a 50% drop rate?Come on, SE added a bunch of low level NM, people wanted more mobs and variety and they got it. SE did not announce any endgame NM with ultra rare gear for this patch. Look at them, those are simple mobs, reused models.
I am sure SE will add high level content later.
ATM priority is low level content, it is very understandable.
stop whining guys
I am, because I understand that these NM's are not supposed to be considered on the same Esteem as things like Tiamat. These are Tom-Tit-Tats. You don't intentionally camp them for their drops, they are just random encounter NM's that you go "Oh hey an NM" when you are exploring and kill at your leisure.
I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.
I'm Surprised you guys are not complaining that its not right for Chests to spawn every time you do a Guild Leve, and they don't require keys.

Dude, Tom-Tit-Tats makes these nms LOOK like Tiamat. Obviously no one is exploring and killing it at leisure people are freaking out running all over for NMs to kill like it is endgame..I am, because I understand that these NM's are not supposed to be considered on the same Esteem as things like Tiamat. This will happen EVERY time a new monster is released. It will calm down after a week. Its just like when TOAU came out and within three hours everyone on the server was Blue Mage in starting areas standing there letting Crabs blow bubbles at them.

I can go sleep now, since I found at least one person that understands it .... thanks.I am, because I understand that these NM's are not supposed to be considered on the same Esteem as things like Tiamat. Man, is it really that hard to understand what Cairdeas is saying? It is not like they implemented Fafnir, Behemoth and other stuff.
um... 50% drop rate? You obviously haven't fought these NMs, I spent 7 hours on Sunday camping Kokoroon Quickfingers I can assure you that the drop rate is not 50% of anything, in that time the party I was in claimed 60~70 times and most of those claims, we got nothing but earrings. Before that, I joined a friend to hunt Cactuar Jack, again, mostly armlets, 1-2 Elmos, and 3 knuckles over 2 1/2 hours. I'd say the drop rate for this gear is realistically between 8% and 12%.
And then you get instances like mine where I went 2/2 on two different items a few days ago. The drop rate is pretty low, but probability is funny like that.um... 50% drop rate?
