TIME PARADOX IMMINENT!

We are suspended animation in a time rift much like Kingdom Hearts Chain of memories to KH2. What will feels like seconds to us, was 5 years to everyone else who was not sent into the future.

Then again if by what the video said, only the brave ones were spared. How 5 years did the population increase while we were in suspended animation while everyone else was killed? Mind Fudge!

I thought the exact same thing. To me, the begining of A Realm Reborn isn't right when we wake up but a while after "until it is once again safe to emerge..." and we had some time to recreate a new Realm. I don't know, let's say Bahamut raged for 3 years, we get waken up at that time then the story starts 2 years after this.

Or people from other countries rebuilt everything.

Could be a "lore" explanation for the introduction of the new races (male miqo'tes, female highlanders and female roegadyns)

My thoughts about rebuilding tho: the cities knew that a meteor was comin, so maybe they bunkered down somewhere (1950's bomb shelters!!) and came out once Bahamut was done throwin' his tantrum.

Adventurers were sent somewhere "safe" since we were in the direct line of combat maybe and not farther away like in the cities? I dunno.

Still, seems pretty weak that us "Brave adventurers" left the plebs to fend for themselves, then rebuild while we're napping. <_<

Exactly ^^ I don't see them suffering all this pain, and I don't see Louisoix choosing between us and the "civilians", not being sure if Bahamut would be done after the last Megaflare we see in the video. I really think everyone got saved and the beast tribes were what left roaming for a long while. Or as I said, other countries.

One thing is, the Empire can have Eorzea now, I can't imagine us people waking up in a safe area. If Bahamut chills it's a broadway for the Empire to settle there. Future will tell =)

Hehe I definitely can see a video with all the Primals fighting Bahamut. If it's not that I hope it's as epic as this sounds =)
