Well I'm open to adventuring with new players if they decide to come to Phoenix. =D But FFXI does have a world transfer service (can use every 90 days). I forgot how much it was tho...it's been so long.

I think the fun will be relearning how to play this game haha

That's why I want to start from the beginning. Learn it from the ground up again. I might just create a new character. I'll let this thread stew over night at least before I do though.

I created a new character from scratch in FFXI back in June. I got all the way up to 70 cap without a Linkshell, just going to popular leveling spots for my subs and such and flagging up. But it got to the point when I hit 70 that I needed help to get a DRG's Testimony, and I knew nobody, so I just stopped playing.

I was on Phoenix, by the way. I'd love to hop back on and at least get my character to 99. If anyone is on Phoenix and has some buddies that wouldn't mind helping me get caught up to the end game content, I could be convinced to play again.

Otherwise, I may just reactivate my old character, since it had all 20 jobs at 95. But I do like the idea of a newness of the one I created!
