Honestly, I'd be for hour long buffs...but with the current system, I don't think it'd work.

If each buff lasted 30 minutes to an hour, what's to stop someone who's leveled conj/thaum/whoever from just throwing those specific buffs into their action bar, casting them, then moving them out for whatever else they want? Wouldn't be hard to set up a macro to set up your entire action bar as buffs, cast them all, then switch them back to whatever attacks/abilities you typically use. As it stands right now, it's entirely too obnoxious to do this every five minutes.

for this just make it so the buffs wear off as soon as there removed from your bar, so the buffs have to remain on you action bar to remain active
