its an item from a 1.0 quest Relating to Dalamud, Something that ran its course 5 years ago in ARR.

Because we know full well people would bitch up a storm if it was missing. This is the problem with them not wanting to do a wipe.

Sometimes I think SE should just "accidently" wipe all our data.. lol
