How to get the horn looking head piece?

one of those i don't even read, and the other I've never even seen before until now. i was thinking how good it would look as a low level arcanist head piece more than anything. if i have the achievement I'm not sure why i cant talk to the guy in 2.0 and get the horn.

Because it's a 1.0 quest relating to Dalamud, something that ran it's course 5 years ago in ARR.

Because we know full well people would bitch up a storm if it was missing. This is the problem with them not wanting to do a wipe.

If they were going to wipe our data, and had told us from the start, nearly everyone would have immediately quit and there would be no reason for them to have left the game up this past year following the 2.0 announcement lol. For better or worse they decided to keep the game up and allow us to keep our characters. At least that way they'd be able to keep the "Legacy" members for 2.0.

The horn is lv50 only. x3
