They wouldn't have to be inept, just undergeared but a bit lucky with a GG meld. I'm simply playing devil's advocate to disprove an incorrect claim that Garuda's axe is always better than a GG axe. Quit trying to put words in my mouth.

Even attempting double Rage IV on a GG axe is already inept, that's my point.

Edit: The Garuda's Scream is still better because you don't need the extra +enmity to hold hate in the first place.
