    Also, Tiamat in FFXIV is vastly different from XI's Tiamat. Even Hydra looks very stubby compared to Tiamat XIV. Even so, there's still Deathclaw which looks unique.

    You mean it doesn't look anything like this Tiamat? I admit that there are a lot of FFXI designs being carried over when I'd rather see new designs. Did anyone else notice the Rafflesia in the last Live Letter?

    Those things are really Ochu's but for some reason in XI some other mob was named that. XI used a mini version FF 10 Ochu. http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/O...inal_Fantasy_X)
