Frankly I do not think this is needed at all, most HQ gear later makes a difference on normal mobs and maybe a small difference on NM's. Now if the HQ gear also effected the bonus stats, that would be great. Then a gear that lets say adds +8 str could at maybe +1 or +2 add 2 more. This is not a bad idea, just I do not think it fits with this game. Maybe in the years to come when they add new crafts, maybe they can add a enchantment craft that does something like this, till then I just think fixing HQ to effect the bonus stats would be enough.
