[Suggestion] Fashion/Vanity Slots.

My vote for toogle: Yes!

I am sure I pay my subcription so I will want to see ppl wearing what they wear. I don't care about the need to check others, I do care to know that what my screen shows me is what the game is and no what others want me to think they are.

But, what about the people that pay their subscription to show other people what they want them to see :| bad argument

Well, since everyone here pays for the game it is a common element so we can factor it out. Now all that is left is the fact like I he doesn't think people should be wearing one thing but then wearing another thing. "I am, but I am not" paradox doesnt float well with me.

Just like some people think they should be able to do that.

oh but I am not saying "NO to vanity slots", if ppl like it well they will have it, why I must see it too if I don`t like it?, toogle works for both, You won`t come to my house and watch on my screen if I am seeing you or others wearing cosplays. You pay your subcription so do I, can we both have our option to enjoy more the game? But some ppl here just want to impose it to us while we say we both can win with toogle.

WOW is full cosplay shit now, not like a RPG anymore,
no more dream for high end gears.
the gear designers are lazy & don't care how bad the new gear looking.
because they know if they don't do it right, player will just use the old designs

That's a pretty bad assumtion - that the art team would purposefully degrade their own work..

It's not as farfetched as you make it sound. WoW has a pretty good art team. The problem is that it's hard to implement all the detail they want into the tier sets and stand-alone armors when you have base models with the lowest polygon counts out of all current MMOs. Even FFXI models have more polygons than WoW models, and that's saying something.

I vote yes for toggle on vanity slot as well.

Since there are so many for and against vanity slots, the toggle option is a good compromise. I don't even see why people care so much or at all about how others see them. If your character's appearance pleases you, isn't that enough?

Besides with gearscore also appearing in 2.0 it might solve the issue of having to check every single piece to deem someone adequate enough or w/e.

Let people who want vanity have it and people who don't want vanity not.

The art in WoW is definitely the one of the best I have seen in MMO's. FFXI, FFXIV, and Guild Wars 2 falling into this category also.
