The info is actually botched on the "Information" page. On the JP Lodestone it lists the following:
日　時：2012年11月1日(木) 6:00より14:00頃まで

This would make the correct time for the final save maintenance Wednesday, October 31, 2012, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (PDT) / From October 31, 2012 (Wednesday), 21:00 (GMT) to November 1, 2012 (Thursday), 1:00 (GMT).

And as I checked for the GMT time, I see they fixed that error on both the EU and NA pages, lol.
