You're right, they should be proud of their achievement. I just felt that there was a lot of unnecessary fluff to the post. Just my opinion. They've certainly offered a challenge to stand up to.

Aye, everyone still playing seems to do nothing but hamlet, job and AF quests. I've spent most of my play time in the last week leveling crafts while waiting for something I want to do to come up, but nobody ever seems to be doing anything.

I believe our fastest run was about ~14 minutes. Though we haven't really tried to super speed the fight yet.

Do you guys recommend a 3 DRG setup over bringing a MNK for dispells?

It seems easier to burn through phase 2 80-60% using it, yet I can't seem to see how are you guys dealing with Plasma Acoustics with no monk and just a white mage...

I'm guessing it'd be pretty MP intensive to have the one healer dispel it every time.

You should be able to push about 30-35% damage in 1 dalamud dive. After the 2nd megaflare if you push him 81% and hold him, let him jump and then burn him after he lands you should be able to skip the golem phase every time. we just had our 2whm deal with the golem during divers

No mnk required!
