One last time i would like to remind people that my translation skills are very limited, there are some Kanji within the article that i do not understand well so keep that in mind when you discuses and hope we get something more accurate and official soon.

In any case your translation confirms two aforementioned hypothesis:

1) There will be a Need/Greed looting system implemented. The boss rewards are put into a "party reward" pool and everyone has the option to Need or Greed the item. Need rolls are limited to three items per week. Those that don't get an item through Need are rewarded a token instead.

2) There will be a limit on how many times any dungeon can be challenged per week. 3-4 times per week depending on lock out timers i suppose.

This leads to one last conclusion: That you will be able to run the dungeon beyond the amount of Need rolls you have remaining. For ex: you can Need roll on three items in your first dungeon run of the week and thus be unable to roll Need on any other items reset but will be able to continue doing the dungeon, lock out timers permitting, to obtain tokens if not greed rolls.
