Petition: for Imperial Invasion event

Our LS has not had any problems doing this event with a single party. Our way of killing the group when we have a full pt and 6-7 man it but we have done the event only 2 days and have seen over 2 doz hats. The drop rate is relay nice compared to most Hamlet gear and H-1 in CN chest having the whm body in it.

I don't see why this would need to be changed.

Of course the drop rate is poor. It's an MMORPG by SE. Working as intended.

If you don't like the drop rate why don't you go play FFXIII or something? A single player offline game might suit you all more. All of you. Or maybe go play World of Warcraft or something.

It "should" take time, so invest some time if you really want that hat.

There "should" be some work involved, but I do not believe it is overtly taxing considering the 4 hour time frame.

It's easy with 5 people though (in AF). Find the edge of leash point, PLD leash, 3 BLM nuke, 1 WHM behind them curing.

Please for the love of all that is holy do not make this any easier than it already is.

No thank you. I also know my brother and his gf trio'd the elite set and got a hat lol. If every single mob had a chance to drop it that'd pretty much cause the same issue as atomos: The entire server farming the easy to access zones which screws up everything else.

Did you try doing guildleves in Atomos pop spots? Or trying to teleport around? The even is pretty easy to do and if you were trying the leesh strategy you probably didn't have actual claim on the mobs when it died, the drop rate isn't that bad.

I'd support a 100% token system or a exponential % growth on failures..

Got to be careful with just a basic RNG though - but they're stupid anyways so hope SE changes events to a more predictable and reliable system. (We need systems that make everyone work a similar amount to get an item, and that work is similar to the quality of the item - a basic RNG does not do either of these).


Seeing how changing a whole loot system for the last month is a waste of time, I support this drop rate suggestion IF this event is impossible in 2.0. (Tokens probably wouldn't take long to switch to, but they should spend their time on 2.0 - so just boost the drop rate and call it done)

Some of us aren't as lucky as you to have a LS that will "raid" this up. Also this is a event, not a permanent feature like hamlet or any chest. This event will be over in some weeks and most people haven't been lucky to get their hats in the parties they have been...Lucky you!

You are all missing the point that this is an "event" right? it is not something people can just invest time in because it will be gone, and I have done the leashing trick, killed it around 5 times now and no drops at all for anyone in the party, so yes we have no luck and time is running short, people get frustrated from trying if there is no drops at all, so they stop doing it, so less parties doing it, see the vicious cycle here?

I support this idea.

I'd much rather work together with everyone than fight for claim/kill to get the drops. That's how you make new friends and grow your circle of allies. Or go solo/duo/small party the non-elites to work towards a drop for me and my ls mates.

We're all working hard to get through the list of things we want to accomplish before server shutdown, help us out a little SE?

Is not fair for people that allready have it, for futuro content and "events" I'm ok with it
