Yeah, I wasn't exactly referring to that but rather to the use of the word missions by players in general. It's not the first time I've come across it in this game but for some reason I can never get anyone to say what they're referring to more specifically than "Missions, you know, missions!" So if missions refer to leves or if they refer to behests, I'd like to know which so that I can finally understand what the heck people are talking about XD

From my experience, most people who use the word "mission" are referring to Grand Company quests.

In FFXI, missions were linked to your nation, so it's kind of the FFXIV equivalent.

Confirmed, Mandats = Leves and Comando Operations = Behests. My bad, just a mistranslation since I don't play the french version of the game I encouter new words from time to time that I'm not entirely sure how to translate.

Je profite de ce fil pour vous faire partager quelques photos d'une de nos salles de réunion à Square Enix Europe, maintenant aux couleurs de A Realm Reborn

Voici notre "Meeting Room 2" (Salle de réunion 2). Nous y tenons des réunions hebdomadaires avec nos collègues à Tokyo et outre-Atlantique.






Pour la petite histoire (et celle là vous ne la trouverez pas ailleurs ), les salles de réunion de nos anciens bureaux dans le centre de Londres portaient des noms de races de Final Fantasy XI. (Final Fantasy XIV n'était pas encore là.)

La plus grosse salle de réunion était donc Galka. La salle de taille moyenne, Mithra. Nous avions aussi une petite salle de repos nommée "Mog House" (Maison Mog). Les noms de nos salles de réunion sont désormais plus classiques (numéros et couleurs).

Here's meeting room 2. We have weekly meetins with our colleagues from Tokyo and across the Atlantic.

For the little story (which you won't find elsewhere ), the meeting rooms of our old offices in London were named after Final Fantasy XI races (FFXIV wasn't existing yet).

The biggest room was Galka. The middle sized room was Mithra. We also had a little room to relax that was called Mog House. The names of our meeting rooms are now more classic (numbers and colors).
