This is what I meant by gridzone, which is a lot larger in smaller cities.
Player bazaars did lead to a wasteful use of energy and resources by having players sit aimlessly in town. Removal of player bazaars, an obtuse system, btw, means they can force log offs for increased server performance if they so choose.
