Unclaimed mobs are just that. Whoever gets them first gets the gils and lootz. Is it good etiquette to take them when there is already a party settled in? Certainly not. But it is also not against the rules.

We do it all the time, *roams into a camp* " Oh ok guys there's already a party here let's go somewhere else" No its not in the rules but, When you're in a restaurant waiting for a seat, when somone gets up....do you just go and sit down? One would hope not..Common courtesy

I've seen people had issues with this due to end-game shells thinking they're better and more deserving much more than I've seen people have issues with RMT..hell RMT seem a lot nicer than the "regular" playerbase at times.
