We do it all the time, *roams into a camp* " Oh ok guys there's already a party here let's go somewhere else" No its not in the rules but, When you're in a restaurant waiting for a seat, when somone gets up....do you just go and sit down? One would hope not..Common courtesy

Unclaimed mobs are just that. Whoever gets them first gets the gils and lootz. Is it good etiquette to take them when there is already a party settled in? Certainly not. But it is also not against the rules.

I've seen people had issues with this due to end-game shells thinking they're better and more deserving much more than I've seen people have issues with RMT..hell RMT seem a lot nicer than the "regular" playerbase at times.

Again I'll point out, who said anything about ban?....Like...there has to be some way that SE can see that 1 person is playing multiple chars...and what they are being used for.... that's all im saying.

3. Dual-Boxing+ is against the ToS but more legit players does it these days and started to for Toto-Rak farming and even admitting it on the forums.

we can't dual -box multiple accounts ? that's a crap move on SE part. Each account has to be paid for, people using mules on 1 account would seem far more devastating to the game to me than someone playing 2 single character accounts at once...

It's mostly because of the fact you can't officially load 2 FFXIV windows at once under the assumption you'll want to do it on one PC (3rd party tool usage) rather than swap between your PC+Laptop or Laptop+Laptop.
