Doesn't matter if the trailer was from the PC/PS3 version or even if it was video lag. The release of that trailer in that state is clearly unacceptable for a game that needs to prove itself. I would really like an explanation as to why that trailer was green lit because all it has done is caused further damage to the names reputation.

I don't think it's unacceptable, it's just not as good as we thought it'd be at this stage. It's disappointing for those who've been following 'the flood' over the last month or so.

I think we expected more but the wider public, especially PS3 owners, will think this looks pretty good. Looking online today, most folks outside of the forum seem quite excited by 2.0

I'm really still waiting to be blown away by some in-game footage. So far, I like the footage, but that's it, I just like it.

I remember seeing the first trailer for ffxiv back in 2009 and going nuts with happiness for days at the prospect of this game being made.

I haven't yet felt like that from any of the new footage, apart from maybe the limit break trailer first time round.
