Whatever its 1st person or third person view, point is that you can only see Eorzea's world when you wear them, not just a monitor (means there is no black borders) completely the world of this game in your eyes, so when you turn your head to left or right in reality you will see what is in your right or left in game all this will make us feel we live in this virtual world which is for sure more fun .

I think it would be fun, but I'm not sure I'd like to play solely like that.

When they release the next elder scrolls game (Come on Hammerfell) and this was an option, I'd pick it up in a heart beat.

I'd love a fantasy game with totally immersive VR.

They can make us as the camera behind character with Oculus Rift which i think is good for 3rd person games .

That would be closer to .hack// if you ask me. SAO is full VR, something that won't happen for another lifetime probably, .hack// is... exactly what Oculus Rift would offer.

That would probably feel awkward and not immersive at all. IF they implement it, then it should be for first person camera.
