    considering what we endured for the past two years, yes it could be called to some extend a variant of the Stockholm syndrome. More like the FFXIV Fan syndrome.

    When I read this I can't stop thinking that they will only adjust - balance - upward rather than further down, and it does make it look more and more like a disguised gil-wipe than anything else to me. Only time will tell I guess.
