    Xenophobia is everywhere, good thing I have a plan to remedy that, a chip that is implanted in the brain of Broca's Area that will allow humans to become multi-lingual, to read and understand language of another race/culture without fault.

    good idea isn't it? (Besides it's not like people from other cultures doesn't do the same thing, why pin this on just the JP?)

    As for other comments about other people doing this, not just JP, that's my point. Why even play a multicultural game if you're not going to step outside of your comfort zone? "JP only" "EN only" "German only" WHY?! By now, just about everyone knows the basics for every fight.     Lastly, saying "War needed" is not the same as saying "JP only." For most content, this is a best strategy. For that strategy, certain jobs are needed. For hamlet, you aren't going to go in with 6 BLMs are you? Of course not. Thus, parties will should for jobs that are needed for the party. This is not the same as shouting that you only want members for a certain region of the world.
